1. About Dollar Apparel
Dollar Apparel is a custom apparel manufacturer and exporter based in Sialkot, Pakistan, specializing in sportswear, teamwear, motorbike garments, leather products, bags, and private-label / OEM manufacturing.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer, including product specifications, quantity, materials, design, branding, packaging, and shipping requirements.
Prices may change if quantities, materials, specifications, exchange rates, shipping costs, or other order requirements change.
An order is considered confirmed once the agreed payment, specifications, and other required approvals have been received.
3. Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may vary depending on the product, material, customization, and production requirements.
Customers should contact us for the applicable MOQ for their required product.
4. Samples
Samples may be produced before bulk manufacturing where required.
Sample charges, development costs, and courier charges will be communicated before sample production.

A deposit or advance payment may be required before sampling or production begins.
Where applicable, the remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms before goods are released or shipped.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on quantity, order complexity, material availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Slight color differences may occur due to screens, fabrics, leather, dyes, printing methods, and material variations.
Custom-manufactured products may also have reasonable production tolerances in measurements, stitching, printing, embroidery, positioning, and finishing.
Reasonable industry-standard variations will not normally be considered manufacturing defects.
9. Quality Control

Our aim is to manufacture goods according to the approved specifications and agreed quality requirements.
Customers are encouraged to provide complete and clear specifications before production begins.
10. Shipping & Delivery

Any claim relating to an alleged manufacturing defect, shortage, or incorrect product should be reported to Dollar Apparel within 7 days of delivery.
Claims should include relevant photographs, videos, quantities, and order details.
Dollar Apparel reserves the right to review and verify any claim before offering a remedy.
12. Returns & Refunds

Once materials have been purchased or production has started, deposits and related costs may be non-refundable.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the individual order.
